We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and Law 34/2002 (LSSI).

2. What personal data we process, why, and on what legal basis
a) Account registration and login
Data: username, email address, password, and any profile information you choose to add (for example a profile image).
Purpose: create and manage your member account, let you log in, comment, rate galleries and keep favourites.
b) Purchases
Data: the galleries or services you buy, price, date, and billing details needed to process the payment. Payment card data is handled by our payment provider, STRIPE, and is never stored on our servers.
Purpose: deliver the content you buy and give you access to it.
Note: the galleries you buy or mark as favourites are used only to give you access to them. We do not use them to profile you or to infer your preferences, and we do not share them with third parties for marketing.
c) Contact form and emails you send us
Data: name, email address and the content of your message.
Purpose: answer your enquiry.
d) Newsletter and announcements
Data: email address and username.
Purpose: send you news about new galleries and offers by email (currently twice a week).
You can withdraw it at any time in your profile or with the unsubscribe method included in every email. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before.
We will also send you service emails that are strictly necessary (account confirmation, password reset, purchase receipts). These are not marketing.
e) Security and abuse prevention
Data: IP address and technical data of the browser, used temporarily to limit repeated registration attempts and detect abuse.
f) Website analytics
Data: technical and usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type) collected through Google Analytics using cookies and similar technologies.
Purpose: understand how the site is used and improve it.
g) Age confirmation
When you first visit the site we ask you to confirm that you are 18 or over. We store only a cookie that remembers that choice; we do not collect any identity document or birth date. This cookie is strictly necessary.
3. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that process it on our behalf, under a data processing agreement, and only for the purposes above:
- Payment provider: STRIPE.
- Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Public authorities, courts and law enforcement, when we are legally required to.
4. International transfers
Google Analytics may involve the transfer of data to Google LLC in the United States. Such transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. How long we keep your data
- Account data: while your account is active, and until you ask us to delete it.

- Contact messages: the time needed to answer you.
- Newsletter: until you withdraw your consent or delete your account.
- Security data (IP and similar): only for the time strictly needed.
When the retention period ends, we delete or anonymise the data.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Request restriction of the processing in certain cases.

To exercise any of them, write to info@3dperversion.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to our systems and protection of account credentials.
8. Minors
This site is not directed at, and must not be used by, people under 18. If we learn that we hold personal data of a minor, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has registered, tell us at info@3dperversion.com
9. Automated decisions
We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects on you or significantly affect you.
10. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies. You can find the list, their purpose and how to change your choices in our Cookie Policy.
